Teacher Details

Cathal O'Shea is a strength and conditioning coach in Cork. He has previously worked for Cork City Football Club for three years. He has trained past and present members of the Irish soccer team including Kevin Doyle, Shane Long, Colin Healy and Joe Gamble.
